Kalansh Mahila Grug Udyog, founded by Mr. Rohit Nitin Kale and Mr. Vinay Nitin Kale, traces its roots to 1992 when Father & Uncle duo Mr. Nitin Manikchand Kale and Mr. Anil Manikchand Kale began with a small grocery shop. Initially, it offered a range of items like spices, instant foods, and more, but when Rohit Nitin Kale and Vinay Nitin Kale stepped in from September 2019, the company pivoted towards producing quality products such as Amaranth Ladoo, Peanut Chikki, Rajgira Chikki, Sesame Ladoo, Murmura Ladoo, and various varieties of Ayurvedic Jaggery.
In 2019 Mr. Rohit Kale, inspired to create employment for women and offer nutritious, popular food options, Mr. Rohit and his brother Mr. Vinay ventured into the production of Shengdana Chikki and Rajgira Ladoo. They recognized an opportunity in crafting ladoos and chikkis with jaggery, aiming to create a thriving business in a small space at Kopargaon.
Recognizing the need for opportunities for women unable to work, the company establishes small stalls, generating employment. Their products are distributed through wholesale and super shopee distributors across various talukas and districts places.

With a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a well known social activist with, gained diverse work experience from McDonald's to painting and event setups. He also honed his skills as a film cameraman, working on various projects, including Tv Show videography, and take part actively in Social activities which has led him to be honored as best emerging Industrialist from Kopargaon.
